Certification Standard · v1.0
HARS Registry
A certification standard for systems that are architecturally incapable of interpreting or extracting meaning from users.
HARS regulates system capacity, not behavior. A HARS-certified system is architecturally incapable of interpreting, evaluating, diagnosing, or directing a user.
The human user is the sole arbiter of meaning. Any meaning derived from interaction originates exclusively with the user. The system is architecturally incapable of interpreting, guiding, or diagnosing.
Certification Result: 15 / 15 Mandates Satisfied — All outputs are verbatim. No system evaluation, sentiment tagging, or interpretive layer is present.
If a system is architecturally incapable of performing an action, it cannot produce outcomes through that action.
Sovereignty Audit Ledger
Each certified system is bound to a cryptographic runtime hash. Records reflect the system state at the time of audit.
