Handles certification review requests, audit scheduling, Seal issuance, re-certification inquiries, and registry listing status. Follow-up correspondence for submissions initiated through the Certification Queue is routed to this channel. Pre-submission inquiries are not processed through this channel.

Technical Compliance & Audit

Scope: HARS Compliance Runner inquiries, architectural verification, and gate-specific technical specs.

Handles technical inquiries regarding the HARS Audit Protocol, Compliance Runner behavior, automated versus manual verification scope, runtime inspection procedures, and gate-specific architectural specification. Non-technical correspondence routed to this channel is not processed.

Governance & Legal

Scope: Licensing (v2.0), intellectual property disputes, and liability shielding frameworks.

Handles inquiries relating to the HARS Compliance Licensing Agreement v2.0, Terms of Authority, Seal usage rights, intellectual property disputes, governance matters, and liability shielding documentation. Legal counsel is not provided. Scope is limited to governance and documentation.

Handles administrative correspondence not covered by designated technical, certification, or legal channels. Scope includes press, operational, and administrative correspondence. Correspondence belonging to a designated channel and routed here is not processed.
